When should I expect delivery?
NIOCocktails continues to safely deliver bartender-quality cocktails to your homeduring these unprecedented times. We are continuing, and being encouraged tocontinue, our service for as long as it remains permitted by the Government andsafe to do so.
Due to COVID-19 and as we approachChristmas, we have been advised that there may be intermittent delivery delays,resulting in delivery taking up to 5 working days after dispatch.
If your order has not arrived on the dayexpected and you have received your shipping confirmation email, your order ison its way and can be tracked via the courier tracking website using yourunique tracking ID via Hermes. We appreciate your patience during this time.
We currently fulfil orders 7 days a week,excluding public holidays and orders are dispatched and delivered Monday –Saturday. No Sunday delivery is currently available.
Pre-5pm weekday orders are dispatched thesame day. Post-5pm orders are dispatched the following day (Monday – Saturday).All public holiday orders will be dispatched over the following 2 working days.
All shipping methods include a tracked service with Hermes. You will receive email notifications directly from Hermes to track and to divert your order to a neighbour (or Leave Safe if this delivery option was selected at Checkout) if you are not going to be available to take delivery. Please follow the Hermes email prompts to communicate these changes directly with the courier service.
On the day of delivery, you should receive a 2-hour delivery window notification via email that you provided at checkout.
LEAVE SAFE: Our boxes have been designed to fit through standard letterboxes. If you have a non-standard or security letterbox, or ordered multiple boxes to the same address and there is no one in to take receipt of the box, the courier will leave it in a safe place. You can designate a Safe Place or a Preferred Neighbour with the ‘Track and Divert’ service organised directly with Hermes by entering your tracking number at https://new.myhermes.co.uk/track.html#/.
SIGNED FOR: Our delivery partner currently operates contactless deliveries; SIGNED FOR deliveries will be handed over in a contactless manner when the door is answered by the recipient, with delivery documented digitally. If you are not in at the time of delivery and a neighbour is unavailable to take receipt of the parcel (you can designate a Preferred Neighbour with the Hermes ‘Track and Divert’ option), the courier will attempt delivery the following working day with a maximum of 3 delivery attempts after which, the parcel will be return to NIO Cocktails. Customers can request a parcel is re-sent by NIO, however a delivery charge is required.

How do I track my order?

What if I’m not in for delivery?

NIO Cocktails cannot accept any responsibility for any packages that may go missing with LEAVE SAFE; please choose SIGNED FOR, for extra security if parcel will not fit through your letterbox.
NIO Cocktails cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays or for failed delivery, though we will do everything we can to assist with any missing deliveries.

Do I need to keep NIO in the fridge?
No, all our cocktails are full strength and designed to be treated just as you would a bottle of spirits as part of your home bar. NIO Cocktails have a shelf life well over 12 months, and the taste and quality is not impacted by temperature changes.
To enjoy a chilled, refreshing cocktail simply fill a tumbler with ice, then shake, tear and pour your chosen NIO Cocktail into the glass. In less than one minute you'll have a cocktail ready to savour.

How long is the shelf life of each cocktail and do I have to drink them straight away?
All NIO Cocktails have a shelf life of over 12 months and can be stored as you would a bottle of spirits for your home bar. They do not need to be kept in the fridge, and are unaffected by hot or cold weather especially en route to be delivered to you. You can take your time to enjoy NIO as the cocktails also do not need to be consumed straight after delivery.

What is the volume of each cocktail?
Each cocktail is 100ml, and full strength. Each cocktail contains roughly a double measure (50ml) of premium branded spirit. We recommend filling a tumbler or other glassware with ice and pouring the cocktail into the glass and allowing to sit for one minute before enjoying.

Will the Coronavirus affect the safety and delivery of cocktails?
All UK orders are packed and dispatched by our local team from within the UK. Our cocktails are crafted in Italy, and are stored safely in the UK ready to fulfil your order. The WHO confirms that it is safe to receive packages from areas that have been affected by COVID-19. Please visit the official WHO website here for more details on receiving packages during this time.
Both the NIO UK office team, and our incredible delivery team have very strict health and hygiene measures in place. This means that our delivery team can work safely and in line with the latest government advice, which encourages online retail to continue, and allowing work to continue where it can’t be done from home.
Please note, our delivery partner operates contactless deliveries, if you selected SIGNED FOR at check out, the delivery driver will knock, or ring the bell, and wait for the door to be answered by the recipient of the parcel, then document the delivery digitally enabling both parties to follow physical distancing recommendations.

How much is delivery?
Delivery charges vary depending on the Cocktail Box chosen. Several shipping options are available to ensure the safe delivery of your cocktails including tracked postage.

Final shipping charges are confirmed and calculated at checkout.

What will I receive?
We have a range of 14 different cocktails, all fabulous, that you can choose from when you Build Your Box. These cocktails are displayed on the Build Your Box page. Alternatively you can choose from one of our Collection boxes; these include pre-selected cocktails from our core bar menu that we’re confident you’ll love.

How much does it cost?
Prices vary depending on the number of cocktails included in each box. Cocktail box prices can be found on our homepage, our Build Your Box page and our Collections page.

Can I choose my cocktails?
Absolutely. Simply select the cocktail box size you’d like (3-Box, 6-Box or 9-Box) and choose whichever of our wonderful cocktails you’d like to receive. With 12 different cocktails to choose from, you are guaranteed not to have to double-up on a single cocktail…unless of course you’d like to pick your multiples of your favourites. It’s entirely up to you and we’ll do the rest.

What is the NIO packaging made from?
The particular packaging of NIO, in addition to being customisable in the graphics, eliminates the problems of safety and inconvenience of the classic glass bottles. The skin (the outer part) is in coated paper while our cocktails are kept in a special certified polyethylene container in order to keep the cocktail unchanged over time. The two supports are easily separable after use to dispose of them in full respect of the environment.

What is the Best Before date for your cocktails?
The shelf life of our cocktails is one year.

Are your cocktails vegetarian and vegan friendly?
Yes, they are. None of our cocktails contain any animal, egg or dairy products

Is NIO Cocktails a subscription service?
NIO operates as a pay as you go system as opposed to a subscription service. This gives you the choice and convenience of ordering different combinations of cocktails at any time, without having to be locked in to a monthly order.

How do I earn points at The NIO Speakeasy?
At The NIO Speakeasy you earn points towards your tab to redeem your rewards. Rewards are exclusive to Speakeasy patrons.
Points are earned by taking actions such as creating an account, making a purchase, following us on social media or referring a friend.
You must have an account and be logged in to earn points. To log in or create an account, click here.
To earn points, patrons of The NIO Speakeasy can visit their rewards panel, found by clicking the NIO Rewards menu found at the bottom of your screen. Alternatively, head to your account dashboard by clicking the account icon located in the top right of your screen to view your current points and take further actions.

How do I claim a reward at The NIO Speakeasy?
Congratulations on earning points on your tab! To view your available rewards you can either tap the NIO Rewards tab at the bottom of your screen, or visit your account dashboard and tap the Redeem Rewards menu. To log in to your account to view your dashboard, click here.
Once you have enough approved points for a free cocktail box reward, simply click the 'Claim' button, and follow the prompts to add your reward to your basket and proceed to checkout. Please note shipping charges still apply.

We love rewarding our patrons, it's our way to say thank you for your trust in us.
Our rewards include points for taking an action, such as following us on social media. You can also boost your points towards free cocktails by referring a friend to purchase their first Box of 6 cocktails.
Once you have enough approved points, you can redeem a Mini Box of 3 or any Box of 6 cocktails free.
Future rewards at The NIO Speakeasy include exclusive events, limited edition cocktails, and access to expert mixology knowledge.
