All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. You will receive tracking details by email and SMS once your order has been dispatched. Royal Mail will also send you tracking updates directly, and you can use the Royal Mail app to set delivery preferences and safe place instructions.

Please note that someone may be asked to provide proof of age upon delivery.

While 95% of our parcels arrive within the expected timeframe, a small number may experience delays of 1–2 days. We cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays or failed deliveries, though we will do everything we can to help.

Regional delivery information

We deliver to all addresses served by Royal Mail throughout the UK. Delivery timescales may be longer in certain areas:

  • Northern Ireland: please allow 3–4 days. Tracked 48 service only.
  • Channel Isles and Isle of Man: please allow 3–4 days. Tracked 48 service only. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed to Jersey, Guernsey (including Herm, Sark and Alderney), or the Isle of Man.
  • Highlands and Islands: please allow an additional working day on top of your chosen service timeframe.

Receiving your delivery

We cannot accept responsibility for packages that go missing once left in a safe place. If no safe place is available, we recommend selecting Royal Mail Tracked 24 and using the Royal Mail app to arrange delivery to a neighbour or a local Post Office.

If your parcel is returned to us, you may request reshipment but a new delivery charge will apply.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you need to return something, here's what to know:

  • Timeframe: please request your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging, unless the product arrived damaged.
  • Return shipping: customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which vary by courier.
