We currently offer next-day*, 1-2 day and 3-4 day leave safe and signed for delivery services, and both methods offer full tracking to the delivery location of your choice.

LEAVE SAFE: Our boxes have been designed to fit through standard sized letterboxes. If you have a non-standard sized or security letterbox, or have ordered multiple boxes to the same address and there is no one in to take receipt of the box, the courier will leave it in a safe place. You can designate a safe place or a preferred neighbour, as well as other delivery options, via the courier website.

SIGNED FOR: Our delivery partner currently operates contactless deliveries; signed for deliveries will be handed over in a contactless manner when the door is answered by the recipient, with delivery documented digitally. If you are not in at the time of delivery and a neighbour is unavailable to take receipt of the parcel (you can designate a preferred neighbour with the courier directly), the courier will attempt delivery the following working day with a maximum of 3 delivery attempts, after which the parcel will be returned to NIO Cocktails.

Customers can request a parcel be re-sent by NIO Cocktails; however, a delivery charge is required.

Are minors present at the address? Choose a signed for delivery service if minors can access your letterbox or a safe place where packages may be left. Also, choose this option if you have a non-standard letterbox or prefer extra delivery security.

*DPD next-day delivery is only available for high value orders.


For selected London postcodes, we offer immediate, same-day, and next-day delivery services, with the additional option to select a specific delivery timeframe. This service is only available for deliveries to the following postcodes:

Receiving your delivery:

Our couriers will communicate directly with you via email and / or SMS to confirm the tracking details and options for diverting the delivery to a designated safe place, if required.

We cannot accept any responsibility for any packages that may go missing with our leave safe option; please choose our signed for service for extra security if the parcel will not fit through your letterbox.

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays or failed deliveries, though we will do everything we can to help with any missing deliveries.

Goods that are returned to us will be redelivered upon payment of a new delivery charge facilitated by the purchaser.
