Delivery Options:

Evri & DPD Delivery Options

We offer next-day*, 1-2 day, and 3-4 day delivery options. Please note that DPD is a signed-for service, requiring someone over the age of 18 to be present to receive the parcel.

While 95% of our parcels arrive within the expected timeframe, a small number may be delayed by 1-2 days. For delivery addresses in the Highlands and Islands, please be aware that further delays may occur.

Evri
Evri offers 1-2 day or 3-4 day delivery services, with all orders left in a safe place. You can set your preferred safe place using the Evri app.

DPD
DPD provides contactless, signed-for deliveries, with the handover digitally documented when the recipient answers the door. If no one is available to receive the parcel and a designated neighbour cannot accept it (you can choose a preferred neighbour through the courier), DPD will attempt delivery the following working day, up to a maximum of three attempts. After the third attempt, the parcel will be returned to NIO Cocktails. Please ensure someone over 18 is available to receive the delivery.

If your parcel is returned to us, you may request a reshipment, but a new delivery fee will apply.

For selected London postcodes, we offer immediate, same-day, and next-day delivery services, with the additional option to select a specific delivery timeframe. This service is only available for deliveries to the following postcodes:

Receiving your delivery:

Our couriers will communicate directly with you via email and SMS to confirm the tracking details and options for diverting the delivery to a designated neighbour if this is required.

We cannot accept any responsibility for any packages that may go missing with our leave safe option; for added security, select the signed-for option if no safe place is available for your parcel.

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays or failed deliveries, though we will do everything we can to help with any late/missing deliveries.

Goods that are returned to us will be redelivered upon payment of a new delivery charge facilitated by the purchaser.

Returns:

We aim to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return your order, please note the following:
  • Returns Process: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are charged at a flat rate of £10.
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, unless the product has arrived damaged.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, and we’ll guide you through the process. Once we’ve received and inspected the returned items, we’ll process your refund promptly, minus the return fee.
