Letterbox Delivery

Our largest cocktail letterbox is 43cm x 14.5cm x 3.8cm, allowing them to fit through most standard UK letterboxes.
 
However, there isn’t an explicit guarantee they will fit in all UK letterboxes, as sizes can vary slightly from home to home.
 
We’ve designed the packaging to be as slim and convenient as possible. In most cases, couriers can safely leave the box in a secure spot if it doesn’t fit through the letterbox.

 

We cannot accept responsibility for packages that go missing once left in a safe place. If no safe place is available, we recommend selecting Royal Mail Tracked 24 and using the Royal Mail app to arrange delivery to a neighbour or a local Post Office.

If your parcel is returned to us, you may request reshipment but a new delivery charge will apply.
