There's nothing quite like a winter walk through a misty orchard, and our Winter Orchard captures that feeling by bringing a warming, wintry edge to the classic Brandy Sour. St. Remy XO brandy lends rich notes of baked apple, vanilla and toasted oak, layered with the herbal complexity of Cocchi Vermouth and lifted by a few dashes of Angostura Orange Bitters. The sharp citrus of fresh lemon cuts through it all. Pour over ice, add a twist of lemon, and savour slowly. The perfect aperitivo for a crisp winter evening.
