It's not Christmas without something to crack open and savour. So our Mixologist reimagined the Cuban classic for the festive season. Eight-year-aged Ron Santiago de Cuba brings rich, golden notes of caramel, vanilla and toasted oak, perfectly balanced with bright lime and a whisper of warming winter spice - cinnamon, clove and a hint of toasted spice. Pour over ice, sip slowly, and let the Nutcracker work its festive magic. A taste of Cuban sunshine, by the glow of the fire.

The lights are twinkling on the tree, the laughter is flowing, and for once nobody is rushing anywhere. That’s the moment our mixologists had in mind.
