This cocktail is our aromatic twist on a Negroni Svegliato, the top Italian aperitif cocktail with a coffee kick. It brings together two great Italian traditions: the evening aperitivo and the morning coffee. The combination of gin with the rich, aromatic Australian-made Mr. Black coffee liqueur blends seamlessly with the dryness of red Cocchi, bitter Campari and the balsamic, fortifying notes of Vermouth. Enjoy it with chocolate covered candied lemon or orange peel, rich chocolate cake or a tiramisu to complement its unique flavour, then put your feet up and sip.
