During the festive season, Patrick Pistolesi wanted to revisit an enduring symbol of winter conviviality: Baileys, the liqueur that has accompanied countless seasonal toasts with its unmistakable creaminess. “For me,” he explains, “Baileys is the taste of family, of chatter spilling over after dinner, of the fire crackling while the cold winter night falls outside.”
From this memory, he set out to create something new: pairing Baileys with the indulgence of chocolate and the exotic whisper of coconut. The goal was to craft a cocktail that is as intimate as a family tradition, yet as surprising as the first snowfall – a dessert dressed as a drink, both soft and unexpected.
The result is Coco Noel: a sip that captures the magic of the holidays, evoking sweet memories and the joy of togetherness. A toast to warmth, cheer, and the moments that make Christmas truly special.
