After 21 years of bartending, he’s judged and won international competitions, consulted all over the world, opened Italy’s first ever gin bar - and been brand ambassador for well-known spirit brands. Today, Patrick puts his art into practice at his very own cocktail bar Drink Kong, a World's Top 50 Bar.
